🌻⭐️ International Women’s Day with Andrianna 🌻⭐️
We sat down with Andrianna our CO-CEO to hear her reflections on leadership, resilience, and the journey of becoming the woman she is today. From lessons learned along the way to the legacy she hopes to leave behind, Andrianna shares honest insights on leading with strength, authenticity, and heart.
✨ Who has significantly influenced your leadership journey?
While many women inspire and influence one another, Andrianna shares that throughout her 23-year career, the leaders who guided and mentored her leadership journey were actually men. She credits four incredible men who supported and believed in her along the way.
However, when it comes to the woman who shaped her personally, Andrianna says it’s her mother.
Her mother’s strong, genuine, and hardworking ethics laid the foundation for the woman and leader Andrianna is today.
⭐ A quote Andrianna lives by: “Don’t shrink your vision. Don’t slow your growth. Don’t dim your light. Your purpose is too important to pause your uniqueness just to make someone else comfortable. Grow anyway. Grow unapologetically. Become the greatest version of yourself. The people meant for your life will rise with you.”
💼 How can organisations better support women in leadership roles? According to Andrianna, the key lies in:
• Attention to detail
• Being open-minded
• Showing empathy and patience
• And most importantly, trusting women to hold the reins
Because when women are supported and empowered, there’s no limit to what they can achieve.
🚀 What advice would you give to young women aspiring to leadership roles? “Give it a go. Just go ahead and do it. Don’t hold back. Believe in yourself. Your dreams can absolutely come true - it’s all up to you.”
💡 Lessons from challenges as a woman in leadership
Andrianna speaks candidly about one of the biggest challenges leaders face today - dealing with toxic or inauthentic environments. Her leadership philosophy is simple: Be honest, be genuine, and work hard.
By creating a healthy, supportive workplace culture, organisations can thrive and leaders can empower their teams to succeed.
🌱 How can leaders create opportunities for women to grow?
Andrianna believes in:
• Nurturing talent
• Supporting and listening
• Creating safe spaces for women to lead
• Encouraging continuous learning
Leadership, she says, is about empowering others at all times.
🌟 The legacy she hopes to leave for future women leaders
For Andrianna, the most important legacy is hope - combined with strong work ethics.
She believes strong and great work ethic is powerful, and the key to a successful journey. While not every road is smooth, perseverance and dedication will always lead to growth.
Today, we celebrate women who lead, empower, and inspire the next generation!
Happy International Women’s Day. 💜
