Big news — Steven is heading to Melbourne!✈️🎖️

🎳Every week, we see Steven’s determination, focus, and passion for ten‑pin bowling — and now it’s paying off in the biggest way.
He has been selected to represent Forster at the Special Olympics in Melbourne, competing in the sport he loves.

💥Steven is currently fundraising to help cover his travel and competition costs, and any support from our community would make a huge difference. Whether it’s donating or simply sharing his story, it all helps him get one step closer to the lanes in Melbourne.

Let’s get behind him and show him how proud Forster is of his achievement 👏💙✨

🎨 Join Our New Friday Group – Eco Art Explorers!

We’re excited to invite Harmony @ Home participants to join Eco Art Explorers, our brand‑new Friday group held at the MidCoast Sustainability Centre.

Eco Art Explorers blends creativity, nature and connection, with a full day of eco‑inspired art and craft using natural, recycled and repurposed materials. Participants are encouraged to explore their own interests, try new techniques, and express themselves in a calm, supportive environment.

The group is supported by our very talented staff, who guide activities, build confidence, and help everyone create something they’re proud of.

🎡🐰 Special Day Out at the Sydney Royal Easter Show! 🎠🐮

The crew had an amazing time at the Sydney Royal Easter Show this week! There were big smiles all round as everyone enjoyed the rides, explored the pavilions, and got up close with all the animals — from fluffy farm favourites to the show’s star performers.

And of course, Jamie was thrilled with his sneaky stop‑in at The Wiggles Show — definitely a highlight of the day.

No Easter Show trip is complete without show bags, and the team made sure to pick out their favourites before heading home with full hands and happy hearts.

A fantastic day filled with fun, laughter, and plenty of memories made together. 🌟

🌱 Ready Set Grow – Sushi & Origami Week! 🍣🦢

The Ready Set Grow crew enjoyed a fantastic cultural‑themed day this week, combining hands‑on cooking with a relaxing creative session. The morning began with a trip to the shops, where the group worked together to choose the ingredients needed for their sushi lunch. Everyone played a part in preparing the fillings, rolling the sushi, and setting up a colourful shared meal.

After lunch, the crew settled into a calm afternoon of origami. There were cranes, flowers, and plenty of laughter as everyone experimented with different folds and designs. The mix of teamwork, creativity, and new skills made it a standout session for the group.

A wonderful effort from the whole Ready Set Grow team this week, showcasing independence, collaboration, and a willingness to try something new. 🙌👏

🍇 H@H Adventures at Bago Maze & Winery! 🍷

Our participants had the BEST day exploring Bago Winery — soaking up the sunshine, wandering through the beautiful grounds, and enjoying the peaceful country atmosphere.

The highlight for many was tackling the Bago Maze! Lots of laughs, teamwork, and a few “which way now?” moments, but everyone made it out with big smiles and a great sense of achievement.

It was the perfect mix of fun, fresh air, and friendship. Days like these remind us how special it is to share new experiences together 💛

🎣 Humpday Adventurers Cast a Line! 🌤️

This week our crew swapped mid‑week routines for river breezes and a bit of fishing fun. Rods were out, spirits were high, and there were plenty of laughs between bites.

Whether they reeled in a catch or just enjoyed the calm on the water, everyone soaked up a gorgeous day outdoors with great company.

🍀 St Patrick’s Day fun with our Ready Set Grow crew! 🍀

Yesterday our Ready Set Grow team spent the morning with the wonderful residents of Pacific Cape Lodge, celebrating St Patrick’s Day in true treasure‑hunting style.

Participants and residents teamed up to search for hidden green leprechaun hats, each with a clue on the back that led them closer and closer to the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. The laughter, teamwork, and friendly competition made the whole morning feel extra magical ✨

A huge thank you to the Pacific Cape Lodge community for welcoming us so warmly. We love creating moments of connection, joy, and adventure together.

🌿 Morning at Avoch 🌿

Today our group enjoyed a beautiful visit to Avoch, starting with a delicious morning tea before taking a peaceful walk through the gardens.

A huge thank‑you to 'Aunty' Sue for the wonderful tour and for sharing her knowledge with us. The team loved exploring the grounds, soaking up the sunshine, and learning more about how this stunning space is created and cared for.
