This song landed differently this morning.

I couldn’t ignore the fact that racism that has stirred within our homeland over the last 48hours.
A reminder, an upsetting one to see that we, globally (not just in Australia) have not REALLY evolved in this space. That amongst us are people who still think that we own land, it’s rights and therefore can dictate who can and can’t come, who is worthy and who isn’t. Who is ‘different’ based on their skin, religion or what they wear.

We are failing human kindness, peace and unity.

Are we forgetting that once upon a time our lands were all connected? Our differences simply a curiosity. A space for new human connection - conversation, enquiry and a passing of wisdom and culture between the masses.

EVERYONE deserves a home - wherever that may be, whatever that looks like.

This is a very different post from me but I will never ignore the call to raise awareness.

Have you ever thought about what life looks like on the other side?

No, not on the other side of life but instead on the other side of holding it all together, the other side of crippling responsibilities, fears, limiting beliefs, procrastination, functional freeze, depression, anxiety…..

The list goes on BUT if you were to let it all go what would that look like? How would that feel? Who would you be?

The more time you allow yourself to sit with this, the more clarity will return. It will show you what is important to you and what you are ready to release and let go. Give it one minute whilst you read and you might meet what’s at the surface, give it 15 minutes and you shift into conscious decision and creation (intention setting and manifestation). The more time and detail you move through, the more clear the other side of your current state becomes.

The life you want is waiting for you, waiting to show you new beginnings, abundance, joy, connection… a life of heart, truth and meaning - Your life as you came to live it. The invitation has always been there… it is simply waiting for you to drop in and arrive.

Here’s the thing about nervous system regulation that people aren’t talk about…(Mostly because they are repeating something they don’t fully understand)…

It can seem boring and mundane.

You are so used to being hyper-focused, fixated, distracted, dissociated, anxious and responsible for all the possibilities of things that could go wrong…

So when you sit (or lay) down, you’ll notice that as soon as you begin to feel comfortable in your surroundings, your body may naturally start to slow down… BUT your mind keeps going.

Your mind will try to fight it at first, coming up with every story it possibly can, including fears in disguise. And “this is boring” can be one of those stories.

You might start thinking about what else you could be doing, what is happening externally, who or what needs your attention…

…all perfectly normal but also often these are the exact thoughts screaming for you to regulate.

Nervous system regulation is a practice, a ritual, real self care and something, especially in the beginning that many of us need support with.

We need the support in creating space where we feel safe enough to breathe. Safe enough to stop performing, fixing, holding everything together AND a space where you will commit to yourself to stop and slow down long enough, where your body can shift, change and recentre and this alone is why guided practices (by certified practitioners) matter.

Often I find that it is when my clients simply feel safe enough to stop. In the stopping comes surrender, then trust, and at some point the feeling that they can completely let go - allowing the body to soften, heal and regulate.

There’s magic in real nervous system regulation and meeting yourself back in your natural state because what feels boring to an overstimulated version of you will feel really blissful the more you practice.

It’s time to do less, not more!

You deserve all the love in the world … and you don’t need to prove yourself in order to feel loved.
You just need to be authentically you, be all of you and be as unique as you came here to be because that is the version of you that will attract the love that you are yearning.
You beautiful soul, are worthy and are loved just as you are.
No need to change, to hide, to beg or to chase - simply open your heart and allow love to find you 💗

I’ll be the first to admit that I become thoroughly irritated by mass AI created content. I see straight through it and it blows me away how similar everything on social media sounds these days - so I find myself here less often but tonight I am here, creating from the very thing that irritates me and I’m sharing it with you.

Today was a big day and not a good one.

I needed a visual to remind me of what lays beneath all of the emotions I entertained today, a reminder of who I am when I drop out of the mind for a moment and land back in my body and I didn’t feel like drawing oracle cards.

So I asked AI to create a personalised card for me, I dropped in a photo of myself and noted my allies that I work with everyday and this is the visual that was returned. A version of me that is at peace, cacao in hand, nuzzled by the great Jaguar, sitting in nature and being witnessed from the skies above.

No words or messages needed - just a true reflection.

We all have bad days… but in front of every bad day are countless good days to look forward to 💗

‘What is sound healing and what does it do?’

I get asked this question alot and what I find interesting is how many people are aware of it but have never experienced it. If that is you, welcome!

In my reiki and sound healing sessions I use a mixture of crystal bowls (as pictured below) and other instruments after the reiki as i find it is a beautiful addition in bringing your body back to a state of balance.

The vibrations of the instruments move through your body as they repond, shift and align on a cellular level without any interference.

These sessions are powerful and support and calm your nervous system, reduce anxiety and overwhelm and clear energetic stagnation in the body so that you can physically rest and improve your sleep quality.

It is gentle. It is safe. It is for everyone.

Only a few sessions left for 2025 including our return to Indi9o Bombala on 13th December.

Healing isn’t about perfection, about completion - it is about having awareness.

It isn’t about having an attachment to your healer, your mentor - it is about acknowledging what they have taught you and embodying those practices in times of need.

Healing is not something to be chased or to be taken for granted - it is about knowing the difference between the processes you can get through with the tools that you have and the processes that are just outside your reach where you need some assistance to ‘pop through’.

Healing is about growing, learning and moving forward. Taking leaps and bounds. Always moving towards and cocreating what we want in life and now more than ever it is about using your discernment.

Questioning everything for yourself, knowing how YOU feel, using YOUR intuition, YOUR gut feelings and YOUR instincts - it is a time of returning.

So return my loves, return, return, return.

Return to your body.
Realign your mind.
Rekindle your soul.
Remember who you came here to be.

Suspension…

A word that I used to apply to the naughty, the misunderstood and those that sometimes took the blame when it wasn’t theirs to own.

Now my application and understanding of the word suspension is somewhat sacred. It’s where the magic happens, where we take time out, where we soften, reflect, where we integrate and embody.

When facilitating breathwork it’s what I refer to as the sweet spot too because when we journey deep with the breath we often find that we meet pockets of time where we stop breathing… we find ourselves in these floaty states of breath suspension where our brainwaves are dancing and our intuition is singing.

Suspension has become a place I look forward to as I know that there is always something to look forward to on the other side.

World Mental Health Day - it’s today and it may look different from person to person but the common thread is awareness.

Being aware of your thoughts, your feelings and your actions or inactions.
Being aware of those around you - if you need them or if they need you.
Being aware of what you are tuning into and what you are consciously releasing.

It isn’t always about being mentally strong or stable but rather acknowledging your mental state and reaching out when you can’t bring yourself back to balance.

…and then there are the friendships that don’t just take up space in your life, but that are deeply anchored in your heart.

Those friends whose presence feels like home where you are every version of yourself without a worry in the world.

These are the friends who meet you where you are and encourage you to grow and change only in order to celebrate you further... and cheer you on along the way even in those in between moments when you might need a minute to be messy, quiet and unsure.
They know when you need space and when you’re saying you do but you clearly don’t and always remind you that your friendship isn’t built on reliance, constant or forced contact — but it’s about a genuine love and care that they have for you.

With them, your joy feels celebrated without comparison, your pain is heard without judgement and your silence is respected, sometimes questioned but never resented.

A true friend doesn’t take up space; they take your hands and help you to hold it
and in their presence you start to notice parts of yourself that you couldn’t see before because you bring out the best in each other.

May we never forget what it’s like to be truly seen and still chosen 💕
