YOUnity Empowerment is a small, supportive NDIS provider on the Northwest Coast.
We’re looking for ONE Disability Support Worker to join our team in Burnie/Ulverstone. Applicants must be based locally or willing to travel.

🕒 Casual shifts (2–5 hrs weekdays, some weekends)
💰 Starting rate Casual $43.23/hr
👩 Preference for female workers (participant request), but open to all applicants
💡 Supportive, person-centred team environment

Must Have:

✔️ First Aid & CPR
✔️ National Police Check
✔️ Working with Vulnerable People check (employment)
✔️ Driver’s licence + insured car
✔️ NDIS Orientation Module

We are currently seeking qualified or experienced applicants to join our team as a Disability Support Worker to support our participants on the Northwest coast region. We are a small scale provider with limited positions available.
Shifts are mainly on weekdays between 2 and 6 hours, There is some weekend work.
