We're Hiring!Female Casual Support Worker – Morayfield
Job Type: Casual
Salary: $34.44 per hour (casual loading included, plus applicable penalty rates)
Shift Timing: 3pm to 6pm (Any three days except Thursday)
Work Location: In-person
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist participant with personal care (only when needed) and daily living activities
- Provide domestic support, including meal preparation
- Transport participant to appointments and activities
- Build rapport and foster positive client relationships
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and own transport (mileage reimbursement available)
- Experience with ADHD, behavioural variance, and emotional regulation
- Calm, patient, and confident with high-energy or dysregulated behaviour
- Able to provide consistent, structured care
- Strong communication and ability to follow routines
- Willing to work collaboratively with mum
Mandatory Certifications & Clearances:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Orientation Module
- First Aid & CPR (preferred but not required)
- Current Driver’s Licence (mandatory)
- Own reliable transport with full comprehensive insurance and current registration (mandatory)
Essential Qualifications:
- Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, or related field
- Experience providing in-home and community access support to children and adults
