She didn't drive anywhere. She didn't organise childcare. She didn't even have to try.
She just went about her day.
And by the end of it she felt light, happy and free for the first time in she couldn't remember how long.

Not "a bit stressed."
Knots. Every. Day. You know that feeling of dread in your body when everything feels so heavy?
She was exhausted, running on empty, and had completely lost her glow.
The frustrating part? She couldn't even explain why. She just knew something had to change.

So we did a reiki + guidance session via distance.

She messaged me after and said it was the first time in months her body felt like it could actually breathe.
That's what happens when you stop pushing through and actually let something in.

Ok, I didn’t plan on creating this.
But I couldn’t ignore what I kept seeing.
Mums walking around dysregulated, carrying the entire load for the family AND trying to calm a tiny human who’s just as dysregulated.
It doesn’t have to be that way.

As we all know, Mother + child energy is deeply intertwined.
You co regulate constantly.
Your bodies read each other faster than words ever could.
Mumtuition…

So instead of asking, “Who needs help more?”
I created a session that supports both of you and offers you a solution.

Mumma + Me isn’t about fixing your child or you.
And it’s not about blaming yourself.
It’s about regulating together.

And I love this offering. I couldn’t find anything like it when I was searching for something to help us. Now, here it is💕

I just care. Like… a slightly unhinged amount.🙊
I care about how easy it is to book.
I care about the quality of the session.
I care about how you feel after.
I care about the integration.
I care about the follow up.
You’re not a number.
You’re not a transaction.

I don’t control what comes through in guidance, I’m the messenger with a few too many swear words.😂 But I absolutely control how I show up.

I get why most service providers don’t offer payment plans, it’s a risk.
Thankfully, I’m in a position where I can roll the dice and for the most part, it is seamless and easy as our connection is built on mutual respect and trust. Kinda what is needed for the Reiki & Guidance sessions to be so incredible.

Annoying, I know. Especially for anyone that rolls their eyes when I’m sharing about my gifts, lols.

You don’t need a spiritual personality.
You don’t need to understand energy.
You don’t need to be “good” at receiving.
You just need a nervous system, a meat suit + a somewhat open mind.
