Do you speak to yourself with love, or as your harshest critic? Do you allow other people to treat you badly? Do you sabotage your potential to be vibrant and happy, by putting crappy food and too much alcohol in your body? By not moving your body enough, or by losing yourself night after night on Netflix? Do you use medication to mask what is really going on? Have you lost connection with who it is that you really want to be?

So many people internalise the belief that they are not worthy of love, and it has disastrous effects on our their lives. They don’t nurture themselves. They don’t care for their physical bodies, they don’t prioritise their mental and emotional wellbeing. They get illnesses which seemingly stem from nowhere, when the truth is that when you don’t love and nurture yourself, you make choices which lead to you inevitably become unwell.

It’s never too late to learn how to love yourself. To change the flow of your life. You just have to decide that you are ready.

The hormone systems of the body are governed by the chakras. By balancing the chakras, the body can re-calibrate and re-establish its own innate rhythm and cycle. The balance of reproductive hormones in the body is affected by so many external factors. Cortisol production trumps reproductive hormone production, because stress is seen as a greater threat to our survival, even if the driver of that stress is a work deadline or being caught in traffic and running late for something. Exposure to toxins, particularly environmental oestrogens (plastics,personal care products and fertilisers to name just a few) pose another huge threat to the balance.

Meditation, slowing down, spending time in nature, filtering water, eating food which hasn't been doused in chemicals, gradually replacing toxic household and personal products with unharmful ones, all helps towards maintaining the balance.

My husband is an extremely supportive skeptic. He believes in me, and yet he struggles with the idea that energetic healing can make a difference in peoples lives, even though I've helped him with several issues now. "I'm a scientist Michelle..." he says.

On Christmas Day he injured his thumb quite badly. In January he an had x-ray, an ultrasound and a medical examination...no real answers. It's halfway through February and he is still in quite a lot of pain every time he uses the hand. Yesterday I balanced all of the spinal nerves which feed the arm and the nerves which supply the thumb. In a one hour balance his pain went from 6/10 to 2/10.
