Update: Sadly both Mel and Heidi have been unwell all week, and not showing any signs of improvement. It is with a heavy heart that we have to cancel this event.
Listening to our own bodies is one of the most important things to do for self healing, so we are honouring that in the best way we can. We do hope you can join us for our next one. Watch this space as we hope to release that soon. xx

Reiki & Intuitive energy work - Harnessing and channelling the universal chi, Heidi moves one on one throughout the group, to clear stagnant and blocked energy within your individual energy fields, contributing towards returning it to a balanced and harmonious state. This can include vibrational toning, light language and sounds.

Full Moon Release: Harnessing the power of the Aquarius full moon, we are fully supported to release any blockages and beliefs that are no longer serving us towards our highest purpose, ultimately offering an increased freedom of expression and sense of self.
