I swapped over to Promensil last week in desperation. I was prepared to wait 8 weeks for result, just like the Remifemin. On Wed night (3rd day) I was only woken up twice by hot flushes. Thurs night 3. Fri night, 4 but a lot less severe. Sat & Sun, a couple of not so hot flushes. Last night – I slept through the entire night!!!! Unbelievable! Thank you , thank you, thank you!
