I have posted weeks ago why can’t the province offer free rice or at least sell it at a cheaper price to help Cebuanos. This way the distinction of the province as the richest in the country can be felt by its constituents. I’m glad they listened. I also heard that they will be feeding students in schools so nobody gets hungry. Well, they are slowing addressing the grave concerns such as poverty, hunger and malnutrition. I just hope this program will be sustained as people need help in this hard time. One thing which hasn’t been acted upon is the deplorable condition of the district and provincial hospitals. They lack supplies, equipment and healthcare providers. Mu bilib ko kung ma actionan ni. Health was never a priority of this administration as you can see they focus on tourism and other income generating projects. They run the province as a business enterprise rather than an LGU. They consider these hospitals as liability when in fact it should be prioritized as it is the lifeline of the province. A healthy Cebuano would be a happy Cebuano. Healthy and happy Cebuanos are assets as workforce. So rather than building a new Capitol replica which would cost hundreds of millions, why not allocate more funds to health.🤭
A good leader listens and doesn’t bully critics of government!!! ☝️
