H&S Care Services Consultant

About us
Heart and Soul Community Care is an experienced Northern Beaches based service provider, specialising in aged care and disability support within the home.

Based in Brookvale, we support the coordination of services to community clients in the aged and disability sector to assist them to remain living in their own homes as independently as possible.

The rostering coordinator has the responsibility for the customer service and administration functions in ensuring rostered shifts for our clientele are covered.

The rostering coordinator will also ensure to provide a friendly and professional service to all stakeholders to improve and develop the community team, to ensure outcomes are in place to provide quality care services to our clients.

We are after a Full-time coordinator 5 days per week, Monday to Friday

Your role and responsibilities in the following areas
· Scheduling of client services in a timely manner
Your primary objectives include
· Complete rostering tasks within designated timeframes
· Provide services that supports compliance within all areas of the business
· Undertaking to problem solve client’s issues using your best customer service skills
Selection Criteria
· Demonstrated experience in a rostering role
· Demonstrated time management and organisation skills
· Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office and willingness to learn new programs
· Comfortable working in a small team environment and dealing with multiple work requests
· An understanding of issues and services for elderly people, people with a disability, their families, and carers.
· Demonstrate that you are suitable to work with aged care and disability clients by providing a National Criminal History record check, COVID-19 Vaccination status, referee check, and required identity checks.
