A huge congratulations to Vidyamala who has been awarded an OBE for services to pain management and wellbeing!

We are thrilled to announce that Vidyamala Burch has been made an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE). She has received the title in the Queen’s Birthday 2022 Honours List for her Services to Wellbeing and Pain Management as the Co-founder of Breathworks.

Here she is pictured with her appointment letter (that she managed to keep secret for a whole month!).

For those who know her, this award may be no surprise. Her incredible accomplishments and feet of work over the past 21 years has helped a countless number of people in the UK and around the world.

Hey everyone - we’re hosting a day retreat on Sunday, June 28 in a time that’s AU / NZ / Singapore / Malaysia friendly. There will be some input from Vidyamala (recorded from her UK retreat running the same weekend). And we’ll have guided practices and discussion.
