From introducing Enliven Residences and expanding with new properties across NSW, VIC, SA and WA, to welcoming 22 amazing new team members to the Enliven Housing family - this year has been all about growth, connection and impact.

This year’s focus for International Day of People with Disability is ‘Fostering disability inclusive societies for advancing social progress’.

Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) plays a vital role in creating inclusive communities by giving people access to housing that truly supports their independence, safety and social connection. When people can live in homes that meet their needs, they can participate more fully in community life, build meaningful relationships and shape the spaces around them.

The stories shared by our tenants show how the right SDA home can remove barriers, build confidence and empower each person to live life their way.

We’re excited to share that construction is now complete on our Trackside Moonee Ponds SDA Apartments. Our team is currently working closely with our tenants as they get ready to move into their new homes.

These modern two-bedroom apartments feature open-plan living, floor-to-ceiling windows and generous balconies designed for comfort and independence.

Just under seven kilometres from Melbourne’s CBD and surrounded by 20 hectares of curated green spaces - including rolling lawns, picnic spots and botanical gardens, Trackside offers a peaceful community feel while keeping you close to the city.

Chloe joins our growing Tenancy Team as a Tenancy and Property Officer, supporting our tenants across NSW. With a background in Applied Psychology and Clinical Health Psychology, Chloe brings a thoughtful, people-first approach that makes her a fantastic addition to our work in supporting our tenants.
