My Pet passions: Family, Performance research, triathlons, ocean swimming, cycling and all things endurance. Camping, travel and outdoors

Tania Curley Fitness

My name is Tania Curley & welcome to Tania Curley Fitness. Fitness and exercise has been an important element of my life, whether through sporting endeavours, adventures as well as socialising. As a triathlete I represented Australia at the aged World Championships and through that journey learnt a lot about training, nutrition and healthy lifestyles. I am passionate about exercise in helping with both physical and mental health. I am also the GM for a non for profit charity association called Moodactive, who provide low cost exercise programs for people experiencing depression and anxiety. In that role I have seen the clear benefits of exercise in helping those dealing with mental health issues such as mild to moderate depression and anxiety, yet it is still under prescribed and my mission is to help change all this. I am currently a ‘student’ undertaking a Certificate 3 in fitness at the VAST FITNESS ACADEMY ( www.facebook.com/vastfitnessacademy ) At the completion of the course I intend to utilise the skills learnt to help people to improve their mental health through the use of exercise and by living a healthier lifestyle.
