About Us:
Hume Support Services is a passionate, client-focused NDIS provider operating across Melbourne’s northern suburbs.
The Role:
We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic Admin Assistant to join our growing team in Kalkallo. This role will start as a casual position (15–20 hours per week), with the potential to move into a full-time role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
🌟Managing client/staff files, documentation, and data entry
🌟 Scheduling appointments and coordinating supports
🌟 Fleet management, insurance liaison
🌟 Liaising with participants, families, support workers, and external stakeholders
🌟 Assisting with invoicing, ordering, and NDIS-related paperwork
🌟 General office administration and support to management
About You:
Previous experience in administration (NDIS experience is highly desirable)
Friendly, empathetic, and professional communication skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Confident using computers and administrative software
