Adult ADHD is rising fast in Australia and medication isn’t the whole solution.

In Australia, ADHD diagnoses more than doubled between 2013 and 2020, and the number of people on ADHD medications has increased by around 300% in the past decade (Medical Journal of Australia).

But here’s the catch: while medication helps many, it doesn’t build the skills and daily habits needed to thrive with a busy brain.
