Mental Health Matters...
In Australia, the highest prevalence of mental illness is occurring in young adults aged 18-24 years.
People experiencing anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress and other mental health disorders previous to COVID-19 are at risk of experiencing increased levels of anxiety. As a result, people may require more support and access to mental health services (Black Dog Institute, 2020).

"The psychological impact of the coronavirus pandemic is becoming so severe that people on mental health plans which are running out risk facing serious conditions with inadequate support." (Tuhoy, 2020)
