🐾 Molly has been battling arthritis, and unfortunately, her body isn't responding to traditional medications anymore. 💔

We're now turning to hydrotherapy as a gentler, natural way to help manage her pain and mobility — and we’re feeling hopeful. 💙

She’s a tough girl, and we can’t wait to see her feeling more comfortable and moving with a little more ease again. 💪🐶

Gretel has been diagnosed with IMPA or immune mediated polyarthritis. This painful condition characterised by inflammation of multiple joints of the body. With regular hydrotherapy she's moving better, it helps to maintain joint mobility, reduce stiffness and pain.

Healthy tips to care for your senior dogs.

Sarcopenia or age related muscle loss typically begins around the age of 7 in large breeds and somewhat later in smaller dogs. The body naturally begins to lose muscle mass due to decreased physical activity and changes in metabolism.
* recognizing early signs of sarcopenia, such as less energetic, more lethargic,sleep more than usual, reluctance of play, hesitate to jump, noticable thinning of thigh muscles.

So here are my tips:
* feed healthy, easy to digest, protein rich raw
diet( kibbles are not healthy, not easy to digest and not rich in protein 👎)
* feed omega 3 supplements
* consistent routine of low impact exercises
* regular massage and stretching
* mental stimulation

Check your dog's hips,thighs and shoulders regularly, it will help you to spot changes and address before they worsen.

This little sweetheart 🥰 has won me over, bravely managing a partially torn cruciate ligament and low-grade luxating patella through a nutritious diet and supplements, all without surgery. His inaugural experience was outstanding and I'm thrilled to witness his progress.

My little buddy spent the day in hospital with gastro. 🤢🤮Still feels a bit miserable due to loss of fluid and electrolytes. To help him quickly recover i have made him bone broth, which is a simple but very effective health booster for sick or unwell dogs. Bone broth is full of essential minerals, helps to reduce inflammation and repair of the gut lining, immune booster,supports liver and aids in joint health and arthritis.
Look up a recipe you like, main ingredients are bones(chicken feet, marrow bones, chicken frames,etc.) apple cider vinegar and water, add veggies if you want. In a crockpot or slow cooker simmer for 12-24hours, dispose the bones and let it cool.Mine made of crocs 🐊
