🌟11 Days to Go!🌟

As I was driving to my sister’s home tonight, I glanced up at the glorious full moon and thought,
“Next time I see the full moon, I’ll be in the Pilbara.”🌕

Since teaching my final class, I’ve noticed my mind has already started to shift from city life to Pilbara life. I found myself getting frustrated—at every box I had to pack, every cupboard to clear, every decision about what to keep or toss.🖼🧸🎲

I forgot to stay present.
I forgot to be mindful.

But these moments—right here, right now—won’t come again. And inside each cupboard, inside every box, there’s a story, a memory, a lesson waiting to be acknowledged and appreciated.💜

I think I’ve shared this with you before: when I was struggling to let go of certain things, a wise friend said,
“Letting go of the stuff doesn’t mean letting go of the memories.”😍

So tomorrow, I’ll keep the memories—and let go of the clutter.

✨️🌺25 Days and Counting!🌺✨️

🗓 Around the 58-day and 50-day mark, a friend kept reminding me how fast time slips by. And wow—they were spot on!

🥑 I’ve got a little confession… Since this big adventure started, I’ve been seriously slack with my meal prep. In fact, I just turned on the oven today for the first time in over a month! I kept having these little mental chats, convincing myself that it was okay to throw my healthy eating out the window and let my fat cells have a party.

🎯 And let me tell you—I’m feeling it. Lower back pain, digestive issues, and a serious lack of energy.

💪 Twelve years ago, I started my healthy journey, and I’m still amazed at how easily old habits can sneak back in.

💫 Moving house might not be the best time to kick-start a perfect meal plan, but I know one thing for sure—I can make better choices.

💥Who's with me on getting back on track, one small step at a time?

✨️💜Big News & Exciting Changes!💜✨️

🚗 Guess what? I’m on the move! I’ve been offered a fantastic temporary project with the East Pilbara Shire, kicking off in early May. This adventure means I’ll also get to soak up daily pool swims, explore breathtaking gorges, and reconnect with one of my oldest friends—what a dream!

🪑 What’s Happening with Chair Yoga?
Great news! Our Chair Yoga classes are still going strong at Kulungah-Myah Community Centre in Kardinya. The wonderful Wendy and Margret will be keeping the good vibes flowing every Monday and Wednesday—so you can still get your stretch, strength, and relaxation fix!

🪑 What About Online Classes?
Our Saturday Online Chair Yoga sessions will be back towards the end of May—stay tuned for updates!

🌺 And in the meantime… it’s all systems go as I sort, sell, donate, and downsize before the big move. It’s a whirlwind, but I’m embracing the change and can’t wait to share more with you all!

✨️💜Let the adventure begin!💜✨️

🐈‍⬛ Mala will be joining me in 42 days on the big road trip to Newman. 🐈‍⬛

Many times, I've found Mala snoozing on the back seat as I'm driving down the road. So, to keep her safe on our travels, I need her to be safe. Intro, the harness training.

✨️So far, so good!✨️

Healthy: One size does not fit all

As the Director and Owner of Healthy Lifestyles with CaAtherine and The Real Healthy HQ, and a Body Positive Advocate I am on a mission to share with everyone that you can live a healthy lifestyle at any shape, any size, and at any age.

A little about CaAtherine

During my university days I worked as a make-up artist while studying Theatre & Film. Even though these skills were often sort after my passion lie with directing and sharing with others. In the late 90’s I became the Artistic Director of an independent theatre company, before going on to freelance as a Casting Consultant.

After 20 years in the Arts I moved into the Higher Education sector, while continuing to director theatre and short films. During this period I realised that I had ignored the decline of my own health and wellness. The reality hit home when on a long overdue visit to the Doctor I weighed in at 170 kilos. Even though I knew I’d not been eating well or taking care of myself I still couldn’t believe the numbers flashing back on the scales.
