Save these tools for the next time you want to raise your energy ✨
Have you ever felt flat, low on energy and just this sense of icky some days and you can’t seem to shift it? or things keep happening and it feels like “one of those days” or you just feel overwhelmed?
Well, here it is, 5 of my go to energy tools, in more detail:
🌴 Walk in Nature : Notice how to trees sway in the wind, pick some flowers and notice the colours, listen to the animals.
🧘♀️ Meditation : pop a calming song on and sit with your eyes closed and listen to the beat and let go of any thoughts. 2 min, 5 min or even 10. Start small and build up.
🤣 Laughing : When was the last time you belly laughed. Either on your own, with a loved one or friend?
🙏🏼 Gratitude : Right now in this moment what are 5 things you are grateful for?
☀️ Sunshine : Sit in the sun and soak up its beauty
