2B Vitality has the objective to help bring focus to the increased vitality we can feel when we make those decisions towards maximizing our health and wellness. Our vitality
is also affected as a community and experienced together, and 2B Vitality hopes that we can act as a community in the best interest of our health, wellness, and overall Vitality. Whether the focus is family time, sports, or reading a good book, stress can be managed by creating happiness in other areas of life. Even just a few minutes a day, focusing on something enjoyable can make a difference to stress levels.
2B Vitality also aims to bring focus to Fruits and vegetables that contain nutrients which support cell function, and ultimately, energy levels. These nutrients help with improved mood, immune function, libido and overall vitality. Fresh produce provides essential vitamins and minerals, required for health and wellbeing. It can often feel like life is a never-ending list of tasks and chores to complete. Whilst the laundry is a necessary evil, it is important to ensure that quality time is spent doing more enjoyable things. Finding ways to create time for rest and play is challenging no doubt, but always well worth the effort. This may sound like a contradiction, but exercise actually increases energy levels. An exercise physiologist can help you if you haven’t exercised in some time to find your way back gently and safely, and there are Yoga classes to suit every body and every level of ability. It does so by increasing energy production on a cellular level. Exercise also increases energy by improving circulation, stabilising blood sugars, and increasing endorphin and hormone production. In this way, exercise has a positive effect on physical performance, mental health and self- confidence. All three are essential for energy and vitality. There are also many ways complementary therapies can improve energy and vitality. From a relaxing massage ,to herbal medicine, oxygen therapy in the Hyperbaric, there is a treatment to suit almost anyone. As discussed above, there are many ways to increase out Vitality, and 2B Vitality hopes that we can build a community that can make this happen more sooner, rather than later.
