Motherhood is full of joy and surprises—but it also asks so much of us. The Replenish Circle is your haven to fill your cup and receive.

This Mother’s Day, step into a warm, welcoming space to slow down and savour the simple pleasures and beauty. A space to honour all that you are and all that you hold.

To replenish is to restore—to come home to yourself. These circles offer slow, soulful practices so you leave feeling calm, grounded, and nourished from the inside out.

You will receive replenishment through:
🌿Nutritional nourishment with a warming nutrient-rich meal and brews
✨Emotional nourishment through sacred sharing circles to feel seen, heard, and held
🌿Physical nourishment through rest meditation and movement
✨Mental nourishment through mindfulness and embodiment
🌿Soulful nourishment with self-care and love, playfulness, and connection to your purpose

This is an invitation to soften, receive, and be celebrated in a safe and supportive community.

Leave feeling nourished, seen, and reconnected to the woman within the mother—because when you are replenished, your joy and essence flows from there.

Postnatal depletion is all too common and the concerning thing is that many of us don’t even realise we’re experiencing it. It is something that doesn’t just affect us after birth; it can show up months or even years into motherhood.

The physical, mental, and emotional demands of mothering combined with a lack of support, rest, or proper nourishment can leave us running on empty.

That’s why I created Replenish Mothers to guide mothers to take radical responsibility for their healing and to nourish themselves—mind, body and soul during their transformative time.

If you resonate with any of the signs and symptoms shared in this post, please also seek support from a trusted GP, naturopath, or holistic health practitioner.

Ideally we want to prevent ourselves from depletion, but even if we get onto these signs and symptoms early we can return back to optimal health and wellbeing sooner rather than later!

Have you ever felt the effects of depletion in your own journey? I know I have!

Replenish Circles in Denmark begin this Mother’s Day.

This offering was dreamed up as a deeply nourishing gift—for yourself, or a beloved mother you know.

Picture this: after a slow morning, breakfast in bed, and sweet snuggles with your family… you step into a space just for you. A circle designed to fill your cup, restore your energy, and honour all that you hold, carry, and give.

This is your time to be held.

When my cycle returned just 2.5 months after giving birth to my daughter, I felt so unready. Instead of getting caught up in the “not fair” story that ran in my head for a while—I gave myself space to feel what do I truly need to feel supported right now?

The answer came through clearly: create a rest ritual on day 1 of my bleed—and then voila, Day of Rest was born.

Now, 8 months on, this ritual has become one of the most powerful, supportive gifts I give myself each month—it’s a reclamation of my worth, my needs, my power.

Here’s a little peek into what my Day of Rest actually looks like:

Photo 1: Journaling with a cup of tea and scrummy cake (rituals like this help me slow all the way down).

Photo 2: Let the laundry pile. The chores can wait.

Photo 3 + 4: More chores can wait!!

Photo 5: Nourishing meals that meet my body’s needs and cravings.

Photo 6: Resting on the couch with a hot water bottle—heat is pure magic for cramps.

Photo 7: Support from this amazing man, especially keeping Inaya entertained and doing all the physical play and routine.

Other unseen things not pictured: breastfeeding, lots of kisses and cuddles from Inaya, hydration, booking an online food shop, fresh air, sunshine, and gentle stretching to bring ease into my body, oh yeah and this post creation!

Side note—currently have the fan on instead of heat pack because it got hot today 🫠😝

This doesn’t always look the same each month but it has been a game changer for the way I show up for the rest of the month once I’ve honoured this Day of Rest and then I get to reap the benefits…
And it’s changing the way I mother, bleed, and be.

Today I’m on my Day of Rest. On the couch with a hot water bottle on my womb. Creating this Rest ritual on the first day of my bleed has been one of the most nourishing and powerful commitments I’ve made to myself—especially as a mother.

Each month, I intentionally slow down and honor this sacred pause amidst the constant rhythm of mothering and all the doing. It’s not always been this easy to step back, but I’ve come to realise just how essential it is, not just here and there but commit to this as a monthly ritual, a a tradition—that, naturally has become part of early education for my children too 👏🏽

I choose this day because the first day of bleeding is when I feel the most tender, fatigued and inward. My body needs me to take this time of hibernation to let go and heal physically and energetically. And instead of the younger me who would have pushed through in agony and resentment, I have given myself full permission to create space to recover, restore, and reset. This has also done wonders for the chronic anxiety I used to experience.

This pause allows me to return more present, more resourced, and more aligned—not just for myself, but for my family. It’s become the foundation for how I show up the rest of the month: more connected, more patient, more grateful.

I do want to acknowledge the privilege I hold in having a husband who sees the value in this and has stepped up to support me—so I can truly rest without guilt or interruption. There are ways we can recreate this support with our close inner circle (think about a friend you could agree to be your bleed support sisters each month ❤️).

What if, instead of powering through, we all honoured our cycles as sacred wisdom—worthy of rest, support, and reverence.

Have you ever created space to honour your cycle in this way? What might your own version of a Day of Rest look like?
