💙 Jack has joined The Biomechanics team as an Exercise Scientist and Allied Health Assistant, working across all our clinics.

💪 He’s passionate about helping people move well, stay active, and reach their goals. Whether that’s recovering from injury, building strength, or improving performance. Jack has a strong interest in hypertrophy, pain and injury rehab, physical activity planning, and sports science.

😁 Jack’s approach is all about creating a welcoming, supportive environment and tailoring evidence-based programs to each person’s needs.

Too often, we fall into the trap of chasing quick fixes or waiting for the perfect treatment to take our pain away. But pain is more than just a reflection of injury. It is a protective system influenced by our biology, stress, beliefs, past experiences, and more.
