Motivation for Occupation Pty Ltd is a locally owned registered NDIS Provider that is currently seeking 2 casual support workers within the Townsville Region.

We are seeking 2 female support workers (client's request) across a casual weekly basis (Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat & Sun) Hours will vary based on client requests.

Our client enjoys being in her garden and the successful support workers need to love cats.

Our client has requested that the successfull support workers have prior experience and be willing to conduct a meet and greet before committing.

If you are looking at supplimenting your current work and have availability across the noted days please do not hesitate to contact us.

Success applicants will need to possess the following:
⭐️. Certificate 3 Individual Support or equivalent
⭐️. First Aid / CPR Certifcates
⭐️. Drivers Licence and access to a car for community access

CASUAL SUPPORT WORKERS REQUIRED

The role of a Disability Support Worker is to provide support to our clients with a disability who require assistance with personal care and daily tasks; with a strong focus on developing the skills of each individual to live as autonomously as possible.

Successful applicants will need to hold:
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Current CPR Certificate
• Current Drivers Licence
• Access to a registered motor vehicle with Full Comprehensive Insurance that can be used for work purposes
• A Current Working with Children's Check - Blue Card
• A Current Yellow Exemption Card
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module (www.ndiscommission.gov.au/workers/training-course)
• COVID-19 Infection Control training (www.health.gov.au)
• Availability to work across weekdays, weekends and respite hours as required.
