Remedial Massage is restriction specific with medium pressure applied to the specific area of issue with trigger point therapy and cupping for added release. MARKET RESEARCH:

All equipment /linens are cleaned in an industry approved method. Therapist hands are thoroughly cleaned & disinfected between clients. CLIENT HYGIENE:
Please shower the day of your appointment or after heavy exercise. Please ensure your hair has been washed at least the day before your appointment. NO SMOKING:

LATENESS POLICY:
Treatment time will be reduced, and full payment will be required. NO SHOW:
Will be charged 100% fee & gift certificates will be forfeited. THERAPIST CANCELLATION / APPOINTMENT CHANGES:
Due to offering online appointments 3months in advance, please be aware this isn't a 100% guarantee of your future scheduled appointment. Changing circumstances are at times unavoidable due to tertiary study commitments / medical appointments / illness. THERAPIST UNWELL:
A cancellation text will be sent the day before or of your appointment. CLIENT CANCELLATION POLICY:
24hour notice is preferred. Otherwise, a 50% fee may apply. REPEAT CANCELLATIONS FROM CLIENT:
If a client cancels short notice 3 times in a row, they will not be offered future appointments unless appointment is prepaid.
