CARAMEL BISCUIT PROTEIN BALLS 😍😍

To all of my biscoff fans out there, this one is for you!

INGREDIENTS:

2x serves caramel biscuit vegan protein powder, alternatively you could use the whey protein instead ( both )
1/2x cup chopped oats
1x tsp chia seeds
1x tsp LSA
1x tsp buckwheat kernels
1x tsp hempseeds
1x tsp flaxseeds
3x tbsp rice malt syrup ( )
2x tbsp almond butter
3x tbsp coconut oil

SIMPLY:
- add all dry ingredients into a bowl first, and stir.
- once somewhat combined, add wet ingredients (ensuring you have melted the coconut oil!).
- mix until mixture is combined!
-Then roll into balls! (I used 1x tbsp per ball which made 8 balls in total).

To set, chuck them in the fridge for about an hour!

This can easily be made as a slice, instead of rolling mixture into balls, line a baking tray with baking paper and pour mixture in and flatten. Once refrigerated, then cut and serve!

OPTIONAL: melt some biscoff and add to mixture or drizzle on top of your protein balls (you’ll thank me later).

I simply added some grilled chicken breast seasoned with chipotle seasoning, garlic salt, and dried coriander 🌿

For the avocado, I juiced one lemon, mashed two avocados and added salt & pepper.
