Healing can take a lifetime. The more we rush it, the longer it can take. Sometimes we need to heal one piece at a time, one shock at a time, one bruise at a time, one crack at a time. The truth is, it may take a lifetime to heal a lifetime’s worth of breaks. Be proud that you chose to fight and not give up.🌹

يمكن أن يستغرق التعافي مدى الحياة. كلما أسرعنا في الأمر، كلما استغرق الأمر وقتًا أطول. في بعض الأحيان نحتاج إلى التعافي قطعة واحدة ثم الاخري، وصدمة واحدة ثم الاخري، وكدمة واحدة ثم الاخري، وشرخ واحد ثم الاخر. الحقيقة هي أن الأمر قد يستغرق وقتًا طويلاً للتعافي من صدمات نفسية دامت تجرحنا طوال الحياة. كن فخورا بانك اخترت المواجهة ولن تستسلم.🌹

Neutral is a state not many can talk about. Maybe because at this station, emotions are stagnant, an ocean not fit for a surfer. Not happy nor sad. just in a state of observation. observing of the collateral damage as well as the collateral beauty. Staying in the present yet owning your feelings at each stage of the learning g journey, can guide you into submission. And realising that only in submission will you taste true happiness, can put so many things in perspective.🌹

الحياد حالة لا يستطيع الكثير الحديث عنها. ربما لأن المشاعر في هذه المحطة راكدة، محيط لا يصلح لراكبي الأمواج. ليس سعيدا ولا حزينا. فقط في حالة مراقبة. ومراقبة الأضرار الجانبية وكذلك الجمال الجانبي. البقاء في الحاضر مع امتلاك مشاعرك في كل مرحلة من رحلة التعلم، يمكن أن يرشدك إلى الخضوع. وإدراك أنك لن تتذوق السعادة الحقيقية إلا بالخضوع، يمكن أن يضع أشياء كثيرة في نصابها الصحي.🌹
