As a human being, giving outwardly every day in my work, I genuinely need downtime in nature. To be perfectly honest, if you're human you need downtime in nature. Not scrolling while absent-mindedly munching on snacks (although this can be relaxing occasionally) but actually sitting in nature, observing nature, listening to the sounds, allowing your breath to slow, your eyes to relax, your nervous system to slow down a bit.
