Care Group Community Services was established in 2019, to provide full service support to disadvantaged communities within Western Sydney and has since grown to support the QLD and VIC region. We alleviate hardship through the provision of emergency care and services for people at risk. Our team provide in-depth framework, staffing, support solutions and care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

This year, we’re celebrating 5 wonderful years of walking alongside our participants, families, and staff. 💫

From our very first day in 2020 to today, our journey has been shaped by the people we’ve met, the communities we’ve become part of, and the relationships that continue to grow.
Every smile, every milestone, every shared story has reminded us why we do what we do, to create positive change for the people we support, made possible through the dedication and hard work of our amazing team. 💜

One Fun Fact 💙
Since 2020, Care Group Community Services has gently crossed a milestone that reflects our journey so far:
Over 2 million hours of support provided across NSW, VIC, ACT, and QLD.

These hours represent quiet moments of care, trust, and connection, small, everyday acts that make a big difference in the lives of the people we support.

It’s not about the numbers, it’s about walking alongside our participants, families, and communities with compassion, heart, and a commitment to high-level excellence.

We’re deeply grateful to everyone who has made this possible. To our incredible Support Workers, dedicated Team Leaders, thoughtful Managers and Leaders, and every person behind the scenes.

🥋 Big shoutout to Nicholas in QLD! Just three months ago, he stepped onto the mat as a white belt and recently, he officially leveled up to yellow belt! 💛
Earning his yellow belt in such a short time shows just how focused and driven Nicholas truly is. He has his sights set on the black belt, and we couldn’t be prouder to cheer him on every step of the way.
A heartfelt thank you to his incredible support team in QLD for helping him feel empowered and encouraged as he works toward his goals.

This week, we honour and acknowledge the history, culture, and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

At Care Group Community Services, we’re proud to walk alongside First Nations communities — listening, learning, and celebrating the strength and stories that continue to shape this land.

We recognise that our journey of cultural understanding is ongoing. We’re committed to deepening our awareness through continued training and by engaging meaningfully with local communities.

This year’s theme, “Keep the Fire Burning! Blak, Loud and Proud”, is a powerful reminder of the resilience and beauty of First Nations voices, past and present.
