MY REVIEW STUDY IS PUBLISHED!!🎉😱 we found eating in a way that focuses on health, and not weight is beneficial for health!!

I have truly never been more excited to share a post!!

This is 3 years of hard work (including a baby in between)… to complete this rather complex review!

I discuss our findings in the post (scroll through!) and share a link to the paper below ☺️ (which is open access so anyone can read it!!)

Why is this research important? Because WE need these findings shown in scientific literature in order for TRUE change to happen in places we REALLY need it…. Like in policy, practice guidelines, healthcare etc..

Social media is a bubble… an important bubble.. but there is SO much more that needs to happen to fix systemic issues in society like weight bias and weight-centric care.

In order for research to have impact, it MUST be seen!!! So I would be soooo appreciative if you shared this with your friends and family and in your stories and anywhere you’re comfortable to.

I know I don’t post much these days 😭 but this review truly is my heart and soul in published form and I am just beyond excited for it to be put in the world 😆
