Yesterday, I had the privilege of running a leadership workshop for a gaming development company. The managers were talented and deeply passionate about their craft, but relatively new to leadership. It was inspiring to see them embrace the challenge of stepping up as leaders.

Here’s what we achieved during the workshop:

✅ Clearly articulated their core values

✅ Refreshed their vision and mission statements

✅ Established clear goals for 2025

✅ Collaborated to solve shared challenges

✅ Created a prioritised list of initiatives to achieve their goals

By the end of the session, the business owner shared how thrilled she was to see such meaningful collaboration. The leadership team left energised and ready to work together as a high-performance unit.

Enjoying the Journey to Success 🚀

A client recently shared his frustration at feeling stuck, despite all his hard work. We took a step back, focusing on finding joy in the journey, not just waiting for success to feel satisfied.

I shared my favourite metaphor: climbing a mountain. 🏔️ Just as climbers pause to enjoy the view, we need to take time to appreciate how far we’ve come in business.

It was an incredible experience speaking at Spark Festival at the Sydney Startup Hub last week! 🙌

I had the pleasure of presenting alongside Sam Lee and Claire Wu 🌬️👩‍⚕️ on "Networking Mastery for Entrepreneurs: Overcoming Social Hurdles."

I shared some personal insights on how to:
- Identify and manage emotional triggers
- Reframe negative thoughts to reduce anxiety
- Use mindfulness techniques to stay grounded
