We at Grayspace Care Professionals are honoured to support Down Syndrome Queensland and raise awareness for World Down Syndrome Day!

This special event brings together DSQ community members, business leaders, and government representatives for a morning of networking, raising awareness for all disabilities and an inspiring panel discussion.

With this year’s theme, “Improving Our Support Systems,” we recognise the power of collaboration in creating stronger, inclusive support networks.

If there’s one thing to take from this, it’s to celebrate with us on World Down Syndrome Day, help raise awareness, and be part of the change with Down Syndrome Queensland! 🩵⭐️

Recap

March was a month of growth and new experiences. Our clients enjoyed everything from shooting hoops at Area 51 to bowling, all while staying active and connected with the community. We helped clients take important steps toward independence, whether it was obtaining a driver’s license or navigating public transport. Easter brought family moments and meaningful connections.

Behind the scenes, we focused on NDIS goals, helped with resume building, and worked on meal prep skills to support everyday living. A month of progress, fun, and creating memories.

February was full of exciting moments, hard work, and celebrations here at Grayspace! Here’s a look back at what we’ve been up too:

    •    Partnered with Wildkinds to bring fresh, engaging, and informative social media content to life!

    •    A night to remember with P!NK and Taylor Swift! From the electric energy of P!NK to Taylor’s ERAS tour magic, we’re still buzzing from a once in a lifetime experience. 🎸🌈💃

 •    We celebrated a very special birthday, our star employee Tashy turned another year older! Tashy brings so much joy to everyone’s lives.🎂

    •    On the business side, our in-house team stayed busy preparing for our NDIS registration audit. It’s been a big task, but we’re so proud of the effort everyone’s put in to ensure we’re meeting the highest standards. ☕️💻
