Before setting goals for next year, this is what I’m leaving behind…

Not because they were “wrong” but because they no longer work for me.

This year taught me that content doesn’t need to be perfect, take hours to create to make an impact or be what everyone else is doing.

It just needs to be aligned and sustainable.

December and January content doesn’t look like the rest of the year.

You don’t need to be polished or posting perfectly you just need simple, strategic ideas that fit the season.

Being available isn’t the flex you think it is, being trusted is, here’s why👇

You don’t want to be the clinic someone chooses because you had a gap at 10am on Tuesday.
You want to be the clinic they wait for because they trust your expertise.

January to March isn’t “quiet” because clients stop caring about their skin…
It’s quiet because so many clinics stop showing their expertise.

Q1 is when clients are watching, researching, saving, comparing, and deciding who they’ll invest in for 2026 and they’re not choosing based on availability…
They’re choosing based on authority, trust and proof.

That’s why your content in Q1 needs to go beyond “results”.

You don’t need to post more.
You need to post with intention and purpose to show why you’re the clinic worth waiting for.

The secret camera setting doing you dirty on your product tutorials👇

When you record product tutorials, your at home skincare routine or a quick demo for clients to show how to use products in selfie mode [like literally everyone does so you can actually see what you are doing] your labels show backwards 🙈

Which means your audience can’t actually see what you’re trying to teach them.

It’s an easy fix though, as long as you use your phones camera [instagrams camera will still make it backwards no matter what you do]

1️⃣ Settings - Camera - Toggle Mirror front camera OFF!

2️⃣ Record using your phone’s camera [ALWAYS] now it will still look backwards as you record but when you check your saved video it will be the right way, I promise.

3️⃣ Upload your video to instagram stories, edits or reels add your text, captions and some music for fun and you are good to go!

Posting on Instagram naturally becomes the first thing to drop… but showing up is the thing that keeps you relevant even when you’re booked out.
