Most of my clients were training online with me during lockdown just like super mom Els.

It's been a privilege to witness her journey first hand while working with her.
As well as my role to guide clients through workouts it is just as important to stress the importance of healthy lifestlye and nutritional diets.

I am here to encourage and support clients remain focused on the main goal,to stay patient ,not to take short cuts.
Commitment and determination as demonstrated by Els will ultimately achieve amazing results.

Perfect for a rainy day 🍛

I was using what I had on hand, but feel free to add any vegetables to your dish.

Vegetables that I have used : Egg plant, baby spinach, mushrooms, capsicum, tomatoes

Spices : corriander seeds , cu**in seeds , chilli flakes, freshly cracked pepper

Herbs 🌿 : corriander 🍃 curry leaves

Our Story

Vigorous Fitness For Life is the fresh face of personal training and group fitness in Boronia.

Head trainer Nelly has a passion for health and fitness like no other. However, Nelly hasn’t always been the outgoing and strong person you see before you. Like many before her, Nelly fell into a life of bad habits, excuses and poor dietary choices. It was the day that Nelly looked backed at her wedding photos and then to how she had let herself go, that she decided she needed to change.

Nelly was also paying for a gym membership and not using it (not the first to be guilty of this). Nelly first educated herself on general nutrition guidelines and started eating clean and healthy foods, and most importantly prepped and cooked these herself. Nelly also started drinking only water and green tea, and started to see the weight come off.

Next was the return to the gym! Nelly spent a while doing what millions have done before her and spent hours on end slaving away on the treadmill, yielding limited results. It was then that Nelly enlisted the services of a trainer to learn the fundamentals of resistance training. This is what kickstarted a flurry of changes in her body composition, strength, health and well-being.
