1. If you’re doing ALL of the right things & not getting better, this often comes down to the body feeling chronically unsafe or in an environment, relationship, or workplace that is wrong for you which leads to chronic dysregulation. The problem lies in the fact that women have been conditioned to ignore the bodies instead of listen to what their intuition is telling them.
2. You can buy all of the gadgets and do all of the things but if your sleep sucks you’re basically on a hamster wheel. There are situations in life when sleep deprivation is unavoidable of course but prioritising it when possible will give you more results than buying another supplement.
3. Please please please don’t do a parasite cleanse without testing, antimicrobial/antiparasitic protocols wipe out the GOOD gut bacteria also. Any parasite or gut treatment needs to be tailored exactly to your results & symptoms. If someone told you they excreted a mucous plaque, it’s likely the protective mucosal layer of their gut which signals inflammation 🥺
4. I learnt this one the hard way, the female body is not the same as the males. We do not have a 24hr testosterone cycle, instead we have a 28+ day cycle with varying energy levels & capacity. Consistently pushing beyond capacity may be possible if it is followed by short periods of rest, but if there’s no time for rest integrated. You’re body will always be operating in a deficit.
