This is the FINAL time in 2025 that the 'Tween Talk: Navigating Friendships in a Girls World' 🌸 is being offered. Come and join us to learn friendship skills to last a life time!

That was the final 'Just Be YOU! 🌈 workshop for these holidays!

It's always nice to see the girls identifying all of their strengths, qualities and skills. They really do surprise themselves with the amount of positives that they are able to identify. It's also a great way to help them understand that we are all unique and that we all have strengths in different areas!

It's been a pleasure to work with all of the girls over the past week and help them realise how important it is to be themselves, be proud of who they are and celebrate their uniqueness ✌️❤️

What a GREAT session today 🤩 with a GREAT group of girls! These girls brainstormed some amazing ways to fill their self-esteem buckets. Everything from doing something they love, spending time with loved ones, being kind to themselves and others and spending time outside in the sun 🌞 and in nature 🌳 were just a few ideas.

We also ended up with some amazing take home projects 🌈 to display in their rooms to help them remember how unique, special and wonderful they are. We hope you have realised how truly amazing you are and thanks so much for a beautiful morning.

Today was the first of the 'Just Be YOU! 🌈 workshops for this week. We were missing a few numbers today (sorry girls that missed it, fingers crossed you are feeling better soon 🤒), but that didn't stop us from having a great little morning, learning all about how AMAZING we are ✨

These girls did such a wonderful job of identifying what makes them amazing and unique AND why they should NEVER compare themselves to anyone else. An important take away from today... just be yourself ✌️

Our Everyday Emotions Term program wrapped last Thursday and there really was a lovely energy in the room. It's great to see everyone start out so tentatively and be so comfortable with each other by the end of the program... skills developed and relationships formed!

Honestly, the six weeks absolutely flew by! While the time might have been quick, it was jammed pack full of information and learnings. There is absolutely no doubt that these girls took some great lessons away when it comes to managing their emotions, both big and small.

Thanks for such a WONDERFUL six weeks girls AND good luck with managing your emotions ✨

We are officially past the half way point of our Term program with only two weeks left! We have already learnt so much and we've had such a fun time while doing it too 💗 The girls are putting in place our strategies and trying to apply their learnings to real life.

We are all looking forward to the next two sessions before we have to say our goodbyes. Sadly, it'll all be over before we know it 🫶

There were lots of smiles 😁 and laughs today at the 'Secret Girls Business' workshop on the Sunshine Coast! It is actually possible to talk about puberty AND have a good time... who would have thought 😉

We had a great chat about all of the changes that are about to occur (or are occurring) for these girls. They learnt all about body changes, emotional changes, their feelings around all this and PERIODS... yes, they learnt about this. As always, this was a point of the workshop when everyone was so engaged. Most girls DEFINITELY want to know more... even if it doesn't seem like it!
