Let's talk about bedtime routines. What are some simple things you could incorporate into your bedtime routine to ensure you have a long restful sleep.

- Are you disconnecting from technology early enough for your brain to switch off?
- Are you avoiding caffeine after 2pm?
- Try creating a calm space where your body knows it's time to relax
- You can try stretching and slowing down your breathing
- Calm your stomach with a herbal tea
- Try journaling, so you can empty your brain's thoughts and avoid overthinking
