Here’s how to get started with Gloup to make swallowing your medication easier:

💧 Try tasting Gloup on its own first. This helps you get used to its texture and flavour before you add any medication.

💧 Begin with just one tablet to get comfortable with the process. As you get used to it, you can gradually take more tablets at once.

💧 Place your tablet on a spoon, then add about 5 mL of Gloup to cover the entire tablet.

💧 Take everything down in one go. Gloup helps the tablet slide down easily, so you should be able to swallow it without any trouble.

💧 If it doesn’t go smoothly the first time, don’t worry! It might take a little practice to get used to the gel. Keep trying, and you’ll get the hang of it.

Remember, Gloup is designed to be slippery, making it easier to swallow whole tablets instead of crushing them. It’s always best to avoid crushing tablets unless absolutely necessary (always check with your pharmacist before crushing medications).

💧 Disorders such oesophageal stricture can hinder the movement of food, and natural aging also impacts the swallowing process.
