Keeping a journal and asking curious questions goes a long way to making sense your inner mental workspace.

I love to do a journalling practice on a Sunday to review the week gone and look at what I achieved, what I learnt, what I get to let go of and what I am grateful for.

I've had my essential oils for almost 10 years now, wow I shocked myself just then even calculating that!

What I love is that they are an essential part of our wellness routine.

When someone starts to get a runny nose or scratchy cough we know that we always have something on hand we can reach for. it is a very empowering feeling knowing you can support your family with natural products.

Over the years my girls have learnt about them and have their own oil boxes and diffusers in their rooms and each night when I go in to say goodnight they have them on the go.

What could you use more of in your life right now in terms of wellness and what could you use less of right now in terms of wellness?

Rise and shine beautiful soul, Monday is with us once again.

Start of a week is a great time to change one small habit.

Easiest way to create a new habit is to stack it ontop of an exiting one.

For me, I put my gym clothes out every night before bed.
New habit = fitness, existing habit = go to bed every night

What's one thing you will change this week that will get you closer to your wellness goals?

Movement not only supports our physical health, it is so good for our mental health also.

Emotions are energy in motion and in the absence of allowing them to "move" through our bodies they can get trapped and cause physical and mental "dis- ease" in our body.

So when you notice big feelings and emotions come up, move your body anyway you can. Mine favourite ways are boxing, dancing and yoga.

Saturdays are for moving your body I say!

This is a habit I created a few years back when I was going to a gym with a great community of women.

While I've moved now and haven't quite found the same vibe, thanks to the habit I created back in those days I still love my Saturday morning dopamine hits.

The feel good endorphins keep me going the rest of the day.

Physical movement is not only good for the body, is one of the best natural remedies for mental wellbeing also.
