✨ Who are the kids I work with? ✨

As a naturopath and nutritionist, I often see children who are struggling with symptoms that leave parents feeling worried and unsure where to turn. These kids are often incredibly resilient, but their little bodies are telling us something isn’t quite right 🤔

Some of the common signs and symptoms I see include:
🌱 Anxiety & excessive worry
🌱 Wired & tired kids who can’t seem to switch off
🌱 Fussy or selective eaters
🌱 Hyperactivity or constant movement
🌱 Low energy or fatigue
🌱 Dark circles/black bags under the eyes
🌱 Bedwetting (after toilet training)
🌱 Difficulty falling or staying asleep
🌱 Anger, frustration, or aggression
🌱 Developmental delays
🌱 Trouble focusing or concentration issues

These are not “naughty” kids or “just a phase.” These symptoms are signals that their little bodies and brain need support — whether it’s nutrients, nervous system regulation, or uncovering deeper biochemical imbalances.

💡 My role is to look beyond the surface and ask *why*. Why is your child experiencing these symptoms, and what can we do to support their health, development, happiness and harmony within the home! 💛

With over 16 years of clinical experience and two degrees in Naturopathy & Nutritional Medicine, I’ve developed a deep passion for helping children with complex needs — especially those struggling with:�🧠 Neurodiversity (ASD, ADHD, OCD, ODD & more)�🔎 Unexplained nutrient deficiencies�😴 Sleep problems�📚 Behavioural and learning disorders�🧪 Pyrrole disorder & mineral imbalances

Every minute people buy 1 million water bottles 😳

By 2050 there will be more plastic in our oceans by weight then there is fish 🐟

THIS is a huge problem

When people think of sustainability and water we automatically think about plastic water bottles for drinking.

But sustainability is so much more than that.

Let me explain…

Owning a Kangen water machine means not just reducing plastic water bottles it’s plastic in general.

Due to what the other waters* the machine produces can replace in your home.

A Kangen water machine literally takes tapwater and through a process of electrolysis produces seven different types of water.

There are over 100 uses for these other types of water in your home, besides just drinking the water.

This means we also get to cut out ALL of the packaging and plastic bottles that these products would have come in.

For example mouthwash, hand sanitiser, household cleaning products, they all come prepackaged in plastic!

How freaking incredible is that.

It doesn’t get more low tox, more sustainable, more minimalism than that 🙌🏻

1 glass of hydrogen rich 9.5pH water OR 5.4 kg Broccoli per day OR 20 cups of green tea OR 2.4kg of blueberries.
They all contain the same amount of antioxidants 😳

All antioxidant rich foods need to be broken down by your digestive system in order for your body to utilize them 🥦

This first begins by chewing or masticating your food properly!
Then you need optimal hydrochloric acid in your stomach to further break down your food into the smallest, most basic molecules.
They need to be so tiny to cross the intestinal wall to travel to through the blood stream to fight the free radicals.

I can’t imagine chewing 5.4kg of broccoli everyday can you ❓
Don’t get me wrong I love me some broccoli but it would take all day to chew that much properly🥱

So how do you know if you’re having enough antioxidants…

Simple answer is, you’re not able to eat enough antioxidant rich foods every day, for the amount of free radicals and oxidative stress we unfortunately live in, and are exposed to everyday 🙉

Swapping your current water for drinking hydrogen rich water that’s abundant in the most powerful antioxidant (molecular hydrogen) is how your able to combat and have the best defence against free radicals and oxidative stress 🙌🏻

Most people only associate antioxidants with foods not with water 🤯

Calling all Mums!

Do you happen to use bleach?

When I first started in the "online space", I was introduced to a medical grade water ioniser. I was actually looking for a water filter and this ticked all the boxes. What I didn’t appreciate at the time was the ionisers capabilities, and how life changing this could be for other mums🤯

The ioniser is classed as a medical grade water ioniser because it produces hypochlorous acid. (Stay with me, it gets exciting) It takes tap water and through a process of electrolysis produces a special water with a pH of 2.5❗️

Hypochlorous acid is a NATURAL, highly effective sanitiser which is what our own immune system uses to kill of germs 🦠

⚠️ It’s 80 - 120 times MORE effective than Bleach (hypochlorite) ⚠️

It has a 10 to 30 SECOND kill rate for many pathogens including Escherichia coil which takes colloidal silver 24hours to disinfect 🙌🏻

It’s nontoxic, has no nasty fumes, is safe to use around your family, and can be as convenient AND fresh as turning on your tap!

Whaaat ?!

Did you know that we as individuals require different amounts of pure water, not tea or sports drinks but pure water every day?💧

Take for example a 100kg person requires a different amount of water to a 65kg person. When you throw in contributing factors such as exercise, pre existing health conditions, breastfeeding, menstrual cycles & blood loss, coffee consumption, sweating etc. Its VERY individualised 🤔

Do you know what YOUR magic number for water is? ✨
Let me give you a little hint... ITS NOT EIGHT GLASSES OR A GALLON! 🙊

Drinking more water than you need actually flushes out (in your wee) essential, water soluble nutrients like your B-vitamins, Vitamin C and essential minerals like magnesium, phosphorous and potassium 🚽

Not drinking enough water not only leads to dehydration, but is too often the underlying cause of these common symptoms:

Ever noticed how you feel when you are surrounded by water? 🤔

There are many reason as to why we feel so RELAXED when we are near water, here’s just a few:

💧 negative ions at the beach, waterfalls and the ocean produce positive biochemical reactions that increase the levels of serotonin- a neurotransmitter that helps regulate mood, social behaviour, appetite, memory & sleep 🙌🏻

💧 the lapping sound of the water is meditative and also sounds similar to that in utero- giving us the sense of safety, relaxation and nurture 🥰

💧the most abundant source of lithium is in the ocean - have you ever wondered why surfers are so chilled ... lithium + negative ions = chilled surfers 🏄‍♀️

You don’t even need to be submerged in water to receive the above benefits. Simply being and consciously breathing near water, or even walking near water you will feel good 🙌🏻

💦 Can you now imagine swapping out your current drinking water for high vibe, hydrogen rich, electrolysed reduced water, & feeling THIS great everyday ... life changing 🤯

Don’t get me wrong, I do love being a mum 💟

It took me a little time to adjust my mindset, remove the mum-guilt, and believe that wanting more for me isn’t selfish❗️

I’ve been navigating my motherhood journey for 3years now. It’s given me the most rewarding times, the most challenging times, and at times had me questioning WTF am I doing 🙈

Not wanting to mum all of the time doesn’t make me any less of a mum.

The feelings of relief on a kindy day, doesn’t mean I love my little man any less.

Perhaps you feel the pressure to return to work, even though you really want to be at home with your kids 🤷🏻‍♀️

It’s a bit of a taboo topic; wanting it all. The career, an income, and being a mother
It’s spoken about behind closed doors for fear of being judged, shamed, and for triggering the good old mum-guilts! Can you relate❓

Let’s normalise and vocalise it 🙌🏻

On a side note, I’ve come to realise, being in a house full of boys… I’m never going to have nice things 🙄 Hence the dinner remnants on my jumper! 😂

Hi There, I’m Amy Kelly and this is my little man Omar.

I have been a Naturopath & Nutritionist for the last 10years, and recently added Mum to my credentials. One thing I never expected when becoming a mum was to not want to return to work - shock horror for a work-a-holic! Truth is I was more than content being SAHM (stay at home mum). Omar was growing up too quickly and the thought of missing anything was simply not an option. I knew there had to be a way I could afford to stay at home and not go back to work - or “work” as I knew it.

I reached out to a friend who was killing it in her online business and was curious to see what she was doing. Turns out she is working online as an affiliate marketer for a health technology company and is loving the FREEDOM life.

I was already familiar with the products and the fact that the companies core values married up to mine, there was no hesitation I KNEW this was what I had been waiting for. Before I knew it, I was devouring webinars and learning the ropes through digital marketing platforms.
