At Riverland and Mallee Enterprises we support students in their final year or have recently left school to build their capacity, confidence and job readiness skills for up to 2 years.

These supports assist school leavers to develop employability skills required to find and maintain employment in mainstream work. Participants are able to work at their own pace. With a personalised approach, either through individual guidance or group sessions, participants are connected with local businesses to gain experience in their areas of interest. Participants also receive training in life skills such as communication and teamwork, which are vital for entering the workforce.
