Are you aiming for fat loss or weight loss?❓

They might seem the same but are very different concepts 🤔

Imagine only needing to lose 10kg and you achieve that goal in a few months.. but!

You don’t like what you see in the mirror. Goal weight achieved maybe but not goal body 😱

Why though?

Losing 10kg of weight doesn’t mean losing 10kg of body fat ❌

When you lose weight too quickly you can lose muscle with fat which takes away from that toned look.

You hear the stories, people dropping weight fast only to look gaunt and sickly.

That’s losing weight, dropping body fat and muscle.

So consider going a touch slower or aiming for a loss of 1% of your total body weight per week ✅

That way you maintain the most amount of muscle possible when trying to slim down.

So when you lose 10kg it’s not 5kg of fat and 5kg of muscle.
