Wellness with Amber I empower midlife professional women on the brink of burnout to reclaim their health and find balance. She has taught in the UK, Bali and here in Australia.

My goal is to inspire you to reconnect with your inner strength and become your healthiest self through personalized coaching and yoga. Lifestyle changes are a process that take time and I believe require support. Often we know that our wellness is not where we want it to be, we know we could do it so much better. Wellness is an area in our lives that we would love to have a mindful priority over but with the busyness of life, wellness gets put on the back burner. This is why I set up the Wellness Hub for holistic living “Wellness with Amber”

Once you're ready to make a change, the difficult part is committing and following through. I am here every step of the way to work with you, to support you and be your best cheer leader on this wellness journey, and it is a journey! I’ve been running retreats for many years now, and each one holds its own beauty. But this Byron Bay retreat in November feels different. It’s not just about time away , it’s about creating the kind of pause that truly stays with you.

When I first came to yoga, what drew me in wasn’t just the movement. It was the way it gave me space - a moment to breathe, to feel, to be more present in my own skin. That sense of spaciousness has been the anchor of my practice ever since.

Now, standing in midlife, I understand even more deeply how much we need that space. The world doesn’t slow down for us, but we can choose to step back, to pause, to reset. Retreats are my way of doing that for myself and creating it for others , a chance to leave the demands behind and return clearer, lighter, more centred.

And when we return that way, we show up better for our work, our families, our communities. We serve and support with more energy, more compassion, more presence. Isn’t that what we’re all reaching for in the end?

Today I stepped out of my usual coaching + yoga world and into a Sunshine Coast Business Women’s Network workshop on AI which was totally mind blowing amazing.
Here’s what struck me: the tech is fascinating, but no matter how advanced it gets, it can’t replace human energy, clarity, or resilience. You can’t outsource presence. You can’t automate wellbeing.
For leaders and high-achievers, your mind and body are still your most powerful assets — and if you’re running on empty, no tool will save you.
✨ Takeaway: keep learning, keep adapting, but don’t forget to protect the one system you can’t upgrade — yourself.

My Story

Welcome to Wellness with Amber - a wellness hub for holistic living. I serve and inspire people to become the healthiest versions of themselves through all stages of life.

What does the word Wellness mean to you? What does your personal wellness look like? This looks slightly different for everyone - in work, family, health, spirituality and all the areas in our personal world that hold meaning.

Our bespoke programs are centered in holistic yoga and meditation practice, nutrition wellness, mindfulness and sustainable performance for life. These are the pillars of Health. They exist to connect the mind, body and soul to flourish in harmony.
