Wellness with Amber I empower midlife professional women on the brink of burnout to reclaim their health and find balance. She has taught in the UK, Bali and here in Australia.

My goal is to inspire you to reconnect with your inner strength and become your healthiest self through personalized coaching and yoga. Lifestyle changes are a process that take time and I believe require support. Often we know that our wellness is not where we want it to be, we know we could do it so much better. Wellness is an area in our lives that we would love to have a mindful priority over but with the busyness of life, wellness gets put on the back burner. This is why I set up the Wellness Hub for holistic living “Wellness with Amber”

My heart is full and my energy is humming.

There’s something magic about bringing a group of women together, women who are ready to pause, breathe, reconnect, and remember who they are beneath all the noise. And that’s exactly what happened at this retreat.

To every one of you who showed up with openness and courage… thank you.
Thank you for trusting me.
Thank you for letting me guide you.
Thank you for showing up for you.

Holding space like this is one of the greatest privileges of my life. I’m so grateful for the conversations, the breakthroughs, the laughter, the tears, the stillness… all of it. These are the moments that remind me why I do what I do.

Thirty-five years on the mat and this practice still surprises me. The longer I teach, the more I realise yoga doesn’t fade with time, it evolves with us.

We don’t lose it as we age. We gain depth. We learn to move smarter, breathe deeper, listen better.

Teaching is still one of the greatest honours of my life, watching bodies and minds grow stronger, steadier, and more at ease over time.

A practice for life. That’s the beauty of it. #🙏

Yesterday was our 25th wedding anniversary. And honestly, I’m not here to say it’s been a fairy tale. That it has not…It’s been a journey of ups, downs, and everything in between.
There have been times when it was tough - really tough. And it wasn’t just love that got us through those moments; it was grit. It was the sheer determination to hold on, sometimes for the sake of the kids, sometimes for the hope of better days, and sometimes just for the commitment we made to each other.

So this post is really about the truth that relationships, whether with a partner, family, or anyone close, aren’t about just sailing through the easy times. They’re about weathering the storms together, even when it feels like the waves might pull you apart.

I just wanted to share that it’s ok if your relationship doesn’t look like the shiny highlight reel we see online.
It’s the resilience and the effort in those not-so-perfect moments that really tell the story.

Last night we gathered in the yoga dome at Soma, Byron Bay, surrounded by bamboo and the stillness of the night. The space was softly lit, the air warm, and the sound bowls carried us somewhere beyond thought. It was such a beautiful experience.

For me, watching these 13 incredible women surrender into the sound and stillness was magic. Each one arrived here carrying her own story, her own pace, and last night it all seemed to settle. The energy in the dome was calm, connected, and full of heart.

These are the moments that remind me why I love what I do.

My Story

Welcome to Wellness with Amber - a wellness hub for holistic living. I serve and inspire people to become the healthiest versions of themselves through all stages of life.

What does the word Wellness mean to you? What does your personal wellness look like? This looks slightly different for everyone - in work, family, health, spirituality and all the areas in our personal world that hold meaning.

Our bespoke programs are centered in holistic yoga and meditation practice, nutrition wellness, mindfulness and sustainable performance for life. These are the pillars of Health. They exist to connect the mind, body and soul to flourish in harmony.
