Self Care ✨🫶
We wanted to share our top 4 self care tips with you, that we make time for every week.
Of course your regular self care habits may look different to ours, but maybe you might want to mix it up this week and try one of ours ✨
1. Recovery 🫶
Weather we have 3 minutes for a quick soak in the ice bath or, 20 minutes to pop on the normatec (🥾) boots, or sweat it out in the sauna, or if we have a lucky 60 minutes for a remedial massage.
Every week we make time to give back to our bodies and a little “me time”.
2. Connect 🫶🫶
Connecting with friends and family is one of the best things you can do for your overall mental health.

3. Read 🫶🫶🫶
Whether your into hard copies or audiobooks, reading is a perfect way to expand your mind and keep your mind happy and healthy!
4. Exercise 🫶🫶🫶🫶
Boost your mood and overall health, with just 30 minutes of exercise per day! In the gym, Pilates, or just a walk with a friend
