Someone was glad to come home for lunch today during his split shift. Nothing nicer than a warm lunch on a rainy day. Yorkshire puddings with gravy is his fav. Lots of home grown veggies and a free range organic chicken from our local butchers

Home grown celery, beetroot, lemon, ginger, turmeric, threw in a few apples but made sure I washed their skin in bicarbonate soda to get out some of the yuk first . A refreshing way to start the day 😘

Starting the day right. Back to juicing and detoxing, time to reduce some of the inflammation from working out and the yard work to maintain this bush block. Home grown oranges, lemons, beetroot, carrot, ginger, turmeric, plus added an apple for a bit of sweetness. So scrumptious plus the chooks love the scraps from the juicer as well. Looking forward to juicing everyday an listening to what my body feels like it needs 🫶

Block Update…
We have been busy. Some new babies have hatch, another tank installed though it’s still a work in progress, the gardens are abundant, rescued an injured wallaby that had been hit by a car(he is doing well with carers), made a new garden for the strawberries, the fire has been on and I have been busy in the kitchen cooking up some yummy winter dishes with our home grown veggies. So grateful for this space. Today is beautiful the sun is shinning the grass and trees so happy from the recent rain, the bees are busy and life is peaceful, thank you 💙🥰🙏

Hello my beautiful friends and family, it seems I and Patti have acquired a little hater for some reason. This individual is attacking and slandering us from a burner account/fake profile, (DavidDavid) as shown in the pic above, commenting on my work page, sending threats via messenger and unfortunately sending filthy messages to some of you about us. I’m truly sorry for this but we need your assistance. Would you please be kind enough to report any such comments as harassment and bullying to facebook and screen shot what is being written or sent and forward them to me. This person is breaching the Privacy of one of our participants and it is now a police matter. Hopefully this coward will get bored and go away soon but in the meantime let’s help them understand deformation, bullying and abuse is never ok, thanks Kaz and Patti 🫶🙏🥹
