Our specialist dietitians support weight loss surgery individuals, NDIS participants, corporate organisations and individuals looking for assistance with enteral nutrition, weight loss, diabetes, disordered eating, irritable bowel syndrome and much more. Our Occupational Therapists are registered NDIS providers with experience in offering support for Functional Capacity Assessments, Equipment Prescription, Supported Independent Living, Daily Living Skills Therapy and more. We are passionate about what we do and love to share our knowledge to help improve your health or those within your organisation or group. Most of all we offer you a superior service with the utmost care, support and guidance.

✨ We are now offering Psychosocial Recovery Coaching (PRC) work at Simply Health Group! ✨

So… what is a PRC? 🤔
Similar to a Support Coordinator, a Psychosocial Recovery Coach can help participants to understand and use their NDIS plan, connecting them with services, and organising supports, but with an extra focus on mental health and recovery.

A PRC is there to walk alongside the client and their support team, offering ongoing coaching to build resilience, recovery strategies, and confidence in managing everyday life. 🌞
