What 40 years has taught me.

1. I wish I had of told more people to f**k off, when they deserved it.
2. My child doesn't care if I'm fat or thin have cellulite or wrinkles, he just wants to play & enjoy his mum.
3. You are your own worst enemy or best friend, choose wisely.
4. Others approval is not a life goal you need to achieve or should want to.
5. Each person brought to you is either a lesson or a blessing, pay attention.
6. Noone is you or will ever be you, so own who you are fully.
7. Forgiveness is a true gift and one worth accepting daily, in all walks of life.
8. Pain teaches you priceless lessons that pleasure never will.
9. Truth is only welcomed by those with a pure heart & soul, these people are rare.
10. Love is NOT an option it is everything and the reason we are all here.
11. Friends come and go like the tides,
but the best ones stay and help you when you're drowning.
12. Being a mother is the greatest gift of all, don't take it for granted, they picked you to be their mumma, so show up !
13. Time & age are just numbers, it's what you do with them that defines your life.
14. Eat the damn cake, just make sure you have a salad for dinner or lunch.
15. Comfortable shoes will save your life, you can quote me on that.
16. Fitting in, is grossly overrated & obscenely boring, just be you. Please.

19. Water is essential, drink, bathe, soak, cleanse, swim every chance you get.

20. Your gut instinct is your best friend trust it 24/7 365 & you'll be ok.
21. Manners are everything, throw them around like confetti and shower people in them. Please & thank you.
22. Healing is essential to live in the present & have a successful future.
23. Photos are mini time capsules that hold memories, take as many as you can.
24. Influencers aren't real, please measure your own worth, not someone else's.
25. Karma never forgets a name, address or phone number, so act accordingly.
26. Yes, times get hard, but they don't last, this to shall pass. Better is coming.
27. YOU chose this life and everything in it, so get off the bench & start playing.

39. Health is true wealth on every level, love your temple, treat it right.
40. Medicine is everywhere, in everything and everyone. Never forget it.

Sometimes a journey takes you to places you never knew or dreamed were possible.

Sometimes that journey requires a level of you, you were not yet aware existed.

Sometimes a journey requires you to step back and do the work your ancestors couldn't.

This is where I am. Smack bang in the middle of the crysallis phase of another chapter in my journey. So I have decided to take the rest of November off for some much needed Spiritual Maintenance.

My clients deserve the very best version of me, this has always been and will always be my intention. So for me to do that, it's time for a little time out.

The past 3 years have been Physically, Mentally, Emotionally & Spiritually challenging for all of us and I am no exception.

It is no secret this year has been extremely challenging for me health wise and I am doing everything I can to realign my body & mind.

I hope to return in December rested, recharged and ready to welcome in the holiday season and new year with you all.

During this time I will NOT be answering calls or replying to messages. Please understand and respect my decision.
