Rotator Cuff Muscles
All 4 rotator cuff muscles work together to centralise your humerus bone in the shoulder joint. When you lift your arm up, your rotator cuff muscles pull the joint together, stabilising your shoulder.

Massage therapy and gentle joint mobilisation is a great way to treat tight and tender muscles and improve range of movement as well as help to increase function of the shoulder. And that means less chance of injuries 🙌🏼
