What is Quantum Healing?
Quantum healing is based on the principles of quantum physics, which suggest that everything in the universe is made up of energy and that how you consciously interact with that energy plays a key role in shaping your reality.

Quantum healing is a term to describe how our thoughts, beliefs and attitudes affect the way we experience illness and health in our lives.

Our consciousness does not just control the function of our brain and nervous system. It can influence the flow of information between cells and organs.

As an energy being you are energy in motion. Therefore, our health is fluid, adaptable and changeable depending on what we do and think.

Illness may be an important spiritual lesson that teaches us something about ourselves and our place in the world.

Self-Doubt vs. Self-Awareness: How to Know the Difference and Why It Matters

That voice in your head questioning your decisions isn't always your enemy. Sometimes it's the whisper of wisdom, other times the echo of fear. Learning to distinguish between self-doubt and self-awareness might be the most important skill you never knew you needed.

When Your Inner Voice Speaks, Which One Is It?
Self-doubt paralyses. It manifests as that nagging feeling that you're not good enough, smart enough, or prepared enough—regardless of evidence to the contrary. It's the voice that says, "Who are you to try this?" when you're perfectly qualified.

Self-awareness, however, illuminates. It's the objective assessment of your strengths and limitations. It acknowledges gaps in your knowledge or experience without attaching judgment to them. Self-awareness says, "Here's where you stand now. What's your next step?"

How can you distinguish between these two inner voices?
Self-doubt is emotional, it looks backward. It dwells on past mistakes and uses them as evidence against your capabilities. It triggers feelings of anxiety, shame, or inadequacy. It often uses absolute language: "You'll never be good at this" or "You always mess things up."
Self-awareness is observational, it looks inward and forward, acknowledges your current state and considers how to improve. It notes facts without emotional charge. "This is challenging for you right now" or "You haven't mastered this skill yet."

When we mistake self-awareness for self-doubt, we ignore valuable information about ourselves. When we mistake self-doubt for self-awareness, we give unnecessary weight to our fears.

The next time uncertainty creeps in, ask yourself:

Is this voice helping me improve or holding me back?

Is it speaking from fear or from knowledge?

Does it offer a path forward or only reasons to retreat?

Your inner dialogue shapes your outer reality. Learning to amplify the voice of awareness while quieting the voice of doubt doesn't happen overnight, but each time you practice this discernment, you strengthen the muscle that will carry you through your most challenging moments.

Bring It Into Your Day:
When something unexpected or frustrating hits, pause and take one conscious breath. Ask yourself, “Am I resisting the wave or learning to surf it?”

That single moment of awareness can shift you from reacting to responding.

Think anchored, not tossed.

Healing Your Inner Child Wounds
1. One of the most important steps for healing your inner child is acknowledging the pain, the wound, what happened, & how it's affecting you.
Since many of us have to learn as children to distance ourselves from our emotions, it is critical to acknowledge how we feel.
This is usually the hardest step.
You have to start by giving yourself permission to go through this process and stop running from what broke you in the first place.
2. Next, you have to start listening to your inner child. And usually, our inner child will talk in its own code or language, such as the emotions or bodily sensations we feel when triggered. Pay attention to your body and your feelings.
Do you ever feel uneasy in your gut during certain occasions or circumstances?
Or does your heart begin to race and you start to sweat?
Do you find yourself feeling depressed or furious out of the blue?
These are frequently indications that your inner child is attempting to express its needs or feelings. All you need to do is observe and listen.
3. The third thing is you also want to start a dialogue with your inner child. A journal as an excellent tool for this. I guide my clients back to that 3-6yr old child who felt unheard and unseen.
This kind of inner child dialogue is about allowing yourself to write freely.
4. You also want to develop a practice that will keep you focused in the present, like meditation & mindfulness. You are less likely to feel overwhelmed while you analyse some of the things you encountered in the past if you stay rooted in the here and now.
5 . Finally, you must reach a point where you learn to care for, nourish, and re-parent yourself. Whatever or whoever let you down when you were a child won't come to your aid as an adult. You must be accountable for your own healing as an adult.
We have to acknowledge that we can't continue to use the past as a justification for not taking care of ourselves in the here and now.
Reparenting and caring for yourself can start with scheduling time to do small things that are relaxing and bring you joy.
