✨Client Spotlight - 17KGS DOWN✨
We’ve been training together for almost 2 years now, and what a journey it’s been. When he first came to me the focus was fat loss, but we didn’t just dive straight into dieting — we spent time building the foundations. We worked on proper technique, built strength, and created consistency in his training. From there, he took the leap into an 8-week challenge where we added in nutrition habits — and the ball really started rolling. In that first phase he dropped 9kgs and since then we’ve just kept building.
What I admire most is how coachable and consistent he’s been. He’s trusted the process and that’s exactly why he’s been able to achieve such incredible progress. Along the way, we’ve also had some great times together — plenty of laughs in sessions, celebrating each win, and making sure the hard work never felt like a chore. It’s been so rewarding watching him not just lose the weight, but also become stronger, fitter, and more confident in the process.
Here’s a few of the big things that have helped him get here:
🏋️ Training 3–4 times per week with purpose and consistency
🥩 Increasing protein to support recovery and keep muscle on
📲 Tracking daily to stay accountable and on track
🚶 Adding in steps and extra activity outside of training
🔑 Trusting the process, phase after phase, and not giving up
I couldn’t be prouder of how far he’s come, and this is just the beginning. The next phase is going to be even more exciting, and I can’t wait to see him smash through that final 8kgs 💪
